Abundant Money Mindset - Self Study Course

This is the invitation to join the Abundant Money Mindset Self-Study Program.
It reads more like a letter than a checkout page — because that’s exactly what it is.

Dear Friend,

You already know the feeling.
You open the banking app. You see the number. You close the app.
You don’t do anything with the information.

You just... close the app and move on with your day, carrying a low-grade hum of dread somewhere between your sternum and your stomach. Later, you’ll open it again. You’ll close it again. This is not a budgeting problem or a discipline problem. This is something older, something quieter, something that lives in the body and not in a spreadsheet.

Maybe for you it shows up differently. Maybe it’s the way you work harder than anyone you know and still feel like you’re barely holding things together.

Maybe it’s the price you quoted that client last week — the one you’re already second-guessing.

Maybe it’s the retirement account you keep meaning to look into, or the investing conversation you nod through while your nervous system quietly panics.

Maybe it’s the way talking about money with your partner always seems to go sideways, even when you both want the same things.

Whatever the shape of it, there’s a sensation, a tightening, a wish to change the subject. That sensation is the place we start.

What’s actually going on underneath all of this

Here’s what most money programs get wrong: they treat money as a math problem.

And it’s not. Or, it’s not only that.

Your relationship with money was shaped before you were old enough to know you were being shaped. It lives in the stories your parents told (and the ones they never told). It lives in the tension at the dinner table when the bills came. It lives in what it meant, in your family, to have money — and what it meant to not have it. It lives in the message you absorbed about what kind of person earns well, and whether you’re that kind of person.

You’ve probably tried the practical stuff— the budget, the red envelope method, the tracking app. Maybe you’ve even done the mindset work — the journaling, the affirmations, the vision board on your wall that you kind of believe in and kind of don’t. Are you still carrying around a $10M dollar check written out to yourself cuz Jim Carrey did that and it worked for him?

Something was always still missing. The numbers stuff felt cold and clinical. The mindset stuff felt untethered from your actual bank account. Neither one could get all the way down to where the real thing lives.

That’s what this Abundant Money Mindset Program was built for.

Why we made this program

One of us spent decades learning how energy moves through the body — reading patterns, decoding what lives in breath and posture and presence, doing shamanic work that took people back to the inherited stories underneath their current ones.

The other one flew military jets, ran corporate teams, and now teaches real estate investing with spreadsheets.

We’re completely opposite, and that’s the whole point.

We built AMM because we kept watching smart, capable, spiritually aware people get stuck in the same place — they could do the inner work OR they could do the financial strategy, but they couldn’t find a single container that honored both. A program that would say: yes, your nervous system patterns are real AND here’s how to build an investment portfolio. Yes, your ancestral money wounds matter AND here’s how to ask for what you’re actually worth.

The body and the bank account. Both.

Most money programs teach from the neck up. AMM works through body, beliefs, behavior, and bank account.

This space may be for you if...

  • You’ve done mindset work and something still freezes when the numbers appear.

  • You want investing explained in a way that feels human — no condescension, no jargon, no assumption that you “should” already know this.

  • You are tired of undercharging, overgiving, and bracing yourself every time money comes up.

  • You want to build wealth in a way that aligns with your values, not just your ambitions.

  • You want to understand your ancestral money story — not to stay stuck in it, but to finally be done with it.

  • You want to learn in private, at your own pace, without a camera on and without performing readiness you don’t quite feel yet.

  • You’re stable enough to do growth work (not in active financial crisis), and ready to go deeper than you’ve gone before.

What actually shifts inside this work

People come into AMM hoping to feel less afraid of their bank account. What they find is that the fear was covering something more interesting: a belief about what they deserve. A family rule they never agreed to. A nervous system that learned, early, that money meant danger or scarcity or conflict.

When that thing gets named — when it gets met with some actual gentleness — the practical tools start to land differently. The budgeting conversation stops feeling like a punishment. The investing module stops feeling like it’s for someone else. The “ask for more” practice stops feeling impossible.

Here’s what we hear from people who’ve moved through this work:

  • More calm when the numbers appear. Less avoidance, more honest looking.

  • More clarity about what they actually want — not the money, but what the money is for.

  • More ability to receive. To ask. To hold what they’ve earned without the old guilt or terror.

  • A sense of being in their financial life instead of fleeing from it.

And practically: debt payoff plans that didn’t require more income. Retirement contributions that finally felt possible. Charging double the old rate and hearing yes. Moving forward on goals they’d been circling for years.

A few real results

One of the things I love most about this work is that the shifts are both emotional and practical.

Mel came into the program carrying a pattern she had repeated for decades: ending up with a few hundred dollars in the bank and around $10,000 in debt. Inside AMM, something changed. She paid off one credit card completely, created a plan to pay off the second by June without increasing her income, and asked for double her usual rate on a creative project.

The client said yes.

As Mel put it, “The emotional work made the practical work possible.”

Mike entered the program during a major life transition, moving through divorce, career change, and an old cycle of scarcity that felt especially loud under pressure. What mattered to him was that AMM did not stop at tactics. He said the program helped him see how money had been dysregulating his nervous system and gave him a different internal stance to practice.

“It’s more than a mindset,” he said. “Because the posture is like something physical within me as well.”

Alicia described her starting point with total honesty: “I felt consumed by my finances. Like I could not even catch a breath.” She chose AMM because she needed both community and practical structure. Inside the program, even learning the basics began to feel grounding instead of shaming. She said she had felt like she was drowning when she began, and the work helped her find orientation, breath, and a way back into her own financial life.

And Michele named a quieter kind of transformation, the kind so many sensitive people are actually craving. She did not want intensity. She wanted habits she could live with. What she found was a gentler, sustainable way of engaging money that left her feeling calmer, clearer, and more steady.

“I no longer feel ruled by money,” she said. “I feel in command of it.”

These are not overnight transformations.

They are the kind that take root.

Insight opens the door.
Embodiment helps it stay open.
Practical action walks through.
